1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pntix's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
Pntix provides enterprise-level digital solutions, including custom web development, mobile application development, and cyber security services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to the user.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for ensuring that all activities that occur under their account comply with enterprise standards.
4. Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, and architectures developed by Pntix remain the intellectual property of Pntix until final payment and project handover is complete, at which point ownership transfers as outlined in the specific project contract.
